Domiciliary Care is a homecare service that is delivered within your home. Our aim is to assist you when you feel you are not able to do the things you once did because of becoming older and frail or having to cope with ill-health.

We can assist you with affording the care that you need and help you apply. Some of your care needs may be eligible to be paid for by local authority and some may have to be paid for by you. Whatever the situation we can advise you when we meet with you.

Rani Care can provide you with short or long term care. Please see our packages of care as follows. We are happy to discuss your care needs and put together a support package that suits you. 

We can help and support elders who struggle to do practical tasks in their home. Everyday household tasks maybe too difficult due to ill health, disability or just being frail. We can carry out the following tasks and any other you might want help with:

  • Preparing & cooking meals
  • Cleaning
  • Vacuuming
  • Bed-making 
  • Laundry
  • Ironing

We can support you if you are elderly, frail, physically disabled or have a learning disability. We can also support you if you have a mental health illness such as dementia. The support we offer can range from:

  • Getting in and out of bed
  • Washing/bathing
  • Dressing
  • Help with toileting/incontinence
  • Assistance with personal appearance
  • Help with feeding
  • Assistance with bedtime routine
  • Assistance with medication

 

We can offer help and assistance to older people and their carers to remain independent in their homes. The range of support includes:

  • Companionship
  • A Sitting service to give your carer a break
  • Help with correspondence/paying bills
  • Collecting pension/prescriptions
  • Shopping
  • Respite care
  • Temporary live in care
  • Assist with routine doctors and hospital appointments

Home can be a lonely place and getting out and about meeting other people can be good for your health and well-being. We can help you with the following:

  • Assist with outings whether it be a short stroll in the park or a day outing
  • Visits to friends and family
  • Visit to your place of worship
